We have a really in-depth chat about nutrition, the challenges surrounding misinformation, the draw backs of certain 'popular' elimination diets and the importance of holding those who are well respected within the industry to a higher account when it comes to the quality of information they share.
Oh, we also discuss Huel, the vision, how it is intended to be used, if the original vision is still being matched following it's significant success and why I personally haven't held the greatest opinion on it.
